The Tavour Referral Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Tavour, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Tavour, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes begins on the March 11th, 2026 and ends three (3) weeks later on March 29th, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through the Tavour referral program.
Each time a participant successfully refers a new user, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Participants may earn multiple entries through multiple successful referrals during the Sweepstakes Period.
Two (2) winners will each receive:
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250 per prize
Total ARV of all prizes: $500
Gift cards:
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will occur within approximately seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Tavour account within approximately 7 days of the drawing.
If a selected winner:
Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, winners agree that Sponsor may use their name, city, and state for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Tavour, Inc., its affiliates, employees, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
Information collected from participants is subject to Tavour’s Privacy Policy and will be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its choice of law or conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Washington.
