LIC started off as a Sour Ale and Wild Ale-focused project. The brewery surprised their city, then the entire craft scene — and even themselves — when their IPAs began to stand out in the juicebomb mecca of NYC. Now, their hop-juice makes up some of the most sought-after Pale Ales and IPAs in the Big Apple. Including the piney, strawberry-tasting Higher Burning IPA, mango-pineapple-like Coded Tiles Pale Ale, and dank, ripe, stone fruity Pile of Crowns Double IPA.
