Kings Brewery started in 2015, after co-founders and brothers Jeremiah and Demetrius Cooper sold their childhood home to get the start-up funds. A big risk? Absolutely! But boy did it pay off! This crew was among the first West Coast breweries to craft a Hazy IPA, and even took Silver at GABF the very first year that the competition had a Hazy/Juicy category. And to this day fans line up for a taste of their juicebombs! But this brewery has plenty more to offer. You’ll find inventive Pastry Sours like Fros’e Fluffernutter (made with actual breakfast cereal and Eggo waffles), Field of Kings Pastry Stout (made with gobs of real chocolate and actual churros), and crispy brews like their KBC Lagerhaus Vienna. While their beers rarely leave the west coast, if you’re lucky enough to visit you’re bound to find something you like!
