Not many craft crews could pull off a 19.8% ABV Belgian Quad, but River North are artists when it comes to bold, burly brews. And in their hands, this boozy behemoth is a bona fide masterpiece! No wonder they have a God Complex!
Tasting Notes
Look forward to decadent notes of toffee cascading through the sip, swirling into layered tones of fig and candied date. Time spent maturing in Colorado bourbon and whiskey barrels should imbue the back end with delicate vanilla-oak nuances, spice, and a kiss of spirits.
