About This Beer
The team began with Fuji, Honeycrisp, Roxbury Russet, Dabinett, and a selection of red-fleshed apples grown in Eastern Washington. There, some of the country’s best pome fruit thrives in orchards sprouting from rich, glacier-fed soil. Then they infused it with sage and Pacific Northwest blackberries.
Tasting Notes
Palisades is one of Yonder’s most beloved Ciders! Bursting with blackberries and sage, every sip is incredibly refreshing. It’s a beautifully balanced mix of tangy and tart, making it the ideal sunny day sipper!

one day lll enjoy ciders. But this has a good tang at the beginning and then a nice natural berry finish. All the while you get the nice apple in the background
