A lot of cabernet and oak flavors.
A true American classic! So sour to start you off, but finished quite clean. Like biting into a medium ripe cherry, topped with a smidge of decadent honey. A wild and rare treat for sure.
Sour, earthy start with a smooth, honey finish. One glass with dinner (scallops) and one after; paired perfectly
