These days, I feel like I’m always workin’ for the weekend. But today’s bold, barrel-aged brew has me as happy as Early Retirement!
I might even pour it on my pancakes if I didn’t love sippin’ it so much. That’s because the Cerebral crew made it with Vermont maple syrup and conditioned it on fresh-roasted coffee beans from their friends at Monstra Coffee. Vanilla and milk sugar make it even more cozy, like a splash of cream in my cuppa joe! Then, the brewers hit it with thai banana and hazelnut on top of it all!
It's a brew for luxuriating – heck, it luxuriates itself! This bad boy took an epic afternoon nap (that lasted 9-18 months) in Laws Centennial Wheat Whiskey and Old Fitzgerald Bourbon barrels. Craft fan @Chad B. called it “one of the most interesting BA Porters I’ve ever had — leave it to Cerebral to pull it off exceptionally well!”
Whiskey caramel and maple syrup flavors swim in every creamy, cozy swig of Early Retirement. Sweet banana and toasty hazelnut notes rise on the finish.
