first barrel aged quad I’ve had. it’s amazing. sharing with my brother who’s a huge fan of quads and he says it’s the best one he’s had.
Seemed very much in the Gand Cru Belgium style. I may get flack for this but I think it definitely competes with the best quads from Belgium.
great Belgian Quad! bourbon sweetness makes it all the more tasty! really nice!
Vaguely reminds me of a long island iced tea. Pretty sweet though the bourbon aging helps tone it down.
Caramel, wood, booze, and time all mingle on the palate. a standout
Party in my mouth
I haven't had many if any BA Belgian quad style beers so it's hard to compare, but this was damn good. Smooth yet boozy. My only complaint is that I didn't buy more when I had the chance
sweet and smooth cherry and mild notes of vanilla. it's a dessert all by itself.
tons of vanilla and oaky flavors. caramel and candi sugar. great stuff.
boozy, balanced, smooth
quite possibly the smoothest 13% I’ve ever had, and great flavor
Boozy, roasty, and malty on the nose. Tons of raisins, and figgy pudding flavors with even more booze on the palate. Sweet, lingering, sticky finish.
wow. smooth, rich, tasty.
