About This Beer
For this one, the OEC crew started with classic Pilsner and CaraPils malts using a step infusion mash. Then they poured in tangy yuzu juice during the boil alongside complementary Citra aroma hops. Then they rested it in their copper coolship for an hour before cool open fermentation using classic Lager yeast.

Nuances of fresh baked bread and golden honey course through every sip. Luscious, sweet citrus sings throughout with harmonies of wild grass and herb, crescendoing in a clean, snappy finish.
