They dry hopped today’s 4.38 UT-Rated DIPA with the finest, hand selected lots of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic, all sourced from Yakima Chief.
Tasting Notes
A stunning melange of fresh-squeeze OJ, peach, and lemon zest flows out of each supple sip. Hints of verdant pine resin and a kiss of grapefruit balance out the backend, before giving way to soft finish accented by a kiss of orange blossom.

Big berry and tropical citrusy hop aroma and flavor. Nice balance with light bitterness. Medium bodied and smooth. Delicious. 🇺🇸🇮🇱

this was an excellent brew. I would have rated it higher but for a slightly sweet aftertaste which I did not like.
