After fermenting at low temperatures, EP’s expert brewers condition Wooden Sparrow for a whopping three months to create a super-smooth, ultra-crisp finish. And that’s just the beginning! Next, the beer spends another three whole months aging in temperature-controlled American oak foeders before anyone gets to enjoy a taste.
