About This Beer
Every good hero needs a backstory to explain how they got their powers, and this one starts with two of our favorite Lager makers coming together — Fonta Flora and Schilling! And to create this super brew, the crew utilized an old-world Steinbier brewing technique where wort is boiled using granite rocks heated on a wood fire.
Tasting Notes
Those hot stones create a complex minerality that plays incredible against notes of biscuity malts. A gentle floral orange blossom tone and hints of lemon peel and herby hops deepen the flavors, before it all culminates in a crisp finish.
