Why Aren't You in the Water (Jaws 6)
Main & Mill Brewing Company
A Note on This Beer
Sure it may be fall, but I'm not ready to leave the refreshing flavors of summer behind just yet! Especially when it's a lightly tangy watermelon Gose made with real fruit!
Missouri's Main & Mill Brewing wove real ripe watermelon and sea salt into Why Aren’t You in the Water Gose (#6 in their Jaws-inspired series). Every taste starts crisp and juicy, finishing in a seriously delightful nip of tart juice.
Amid this multi-layered complexity, the body stays light and crushable throughout. It's so drinkable in fact, you could easily keep ignoring those people pushing heavy, spice-filled cold weather brews on you and crack open another can!
Hey if they got got sips of their own, they'd realize there's no reason to rush off into autumn just yet. They'd be all, “Why AREN'T we in the water? Let’s find some sand and kick back with this gently puckering quencher!”
Heck, you might not even live near the ocean. But as the soft, tangy waves of Main & Mill’s watermelon Gose wash over your palate, those lazy beach days live on.

not to great but it was alright
it was a little lite on flavor but it was drinkable
not good at all
mixing three tastes slight sweetness from the watermelon balanced by the sea salt then finished by the sour. enjoyable
Party in my mouth
Didn’t get too much watermelon flavor out of this one. It’s a decent sour but was hoping for more flavor given the description.
