too sweet. I know most west coast imperials can be sweet. I enjoyed it but not my favorite
darker than expected. great beer. balanced. notes of english muffin somehow
Piney and dank, but still smooth drinking
don’t get the WC IPA which is not a bad thing. pine, citrus, citrus pith.
Dank. Earthy. Surprisingly thick.
oxidized had to dump 😭
West coast hops, but a smoother mouthfeel than most west coast IPAs. A little bit odd
tastes like a citrusy cake almost
The flavors conjure supple, smooth, well balanced pine with a whisper of citrus. The mouth feel reminds me of the way a thin sheet of silk ripples on the breeze.
This beer is confounding. It’s the malt-y-ist caramel west coast bitter-ist “IPA” I’ve had. Quotes added for emphasis.
enjoyed it but maybe a little malty for me
Not your typical West Coast IPA, but piney/resinous enough with good malt balance
I was a little disappointed
