More dry, can definitely tell it’s from a Sonoma area cidery. First sips I was unsure, but it’s growing on me. Appreciate the 6.5% ABV
Much better than your run of the mill cider, much more of a “bite”. Very enjoyable!
Crisp and refreshing! Almost like a champagne
Very crisp and extremely tart. Like biting into a honeycrisp apple and washing it down with champagne
💯percent on point for chillin any day!
Strong dryness and tartness with some mild sweetness to balance it out
Good aroma of apples, but in a dry/semi-funky manner like an old style French hard apple cider. The 1-dimensional flavor is of an extremely dry apple. Almost like a bitter seltzer with a tiny splash of apple juice. Apparently this is a “west coast” style apple cider, which I am not familiar with, but will definitely steer clear of. Very disappointing and difficult to finish let alone try to enjoy.
Nice and dry, with just enough apple flavor. Good stuff
was ok… kinda middle of the road for cider.
The apple flavor was nice with a clean dry finish.
Nice taste but almost too dry. It was very close to champagne even. The ape is less sweet and more of dulled apple. No crispness that you like to see in a cider
All around great cider
cider as cider should be
crisp, sour, semisweet, not my favorite, but still good
Has a dry white wine kinda finish to it.
nothing too spectacular or ways to set apart. kinda generic cider taste for me
