More dry, can definitely tell it’s from a Sonoma area cidery. First sips I was unsure, but it’s growing on me. Appreciate the 6.5% ABV

Good aroma of apples, but in a dry/semi-funky manner like an old style French hard apple cider. The 1-dimensional flavor is of an extremely dry apple. Almost like a bitter seltzer with a tiny splash of apple juice. Apparently this is a “west coast” style apple cider, which I am not familiar with, but will definitely steer clear of. Very disappointing and difficult to finish let alone try to enjoy.

Nice taste but almost too dry. It was very close to champagne even. The ape is less sweet and more of dulled apple. No crispness that you like to see in a cider
