Not bad, a little different. More IPA than NEIPA.
A little strong. Not terribly balanced
I tasted band aids.
Not my favorite. Something was a little off.
A good take on a neipa
Nice mix of styles
In this case, the sum is not greater than its parts. Doesn’t do standard (West Coast) IPA nor NEIPA well and the marriage of the two isn’t anything special. I’d take a solid West Coat IPA or NEIPA any day over this. Cool idea, mediocre result.
Decent enough, but as others have noted it doesn’t really offer the best qualities of either West Coast or NE IPAs - more like a subdued version of either/both.
It’s not amazing but if you show up with a 12 pack of this to a party you’re going to make good friends.
I do have to say this reminds me of IPAs before they became so popular. A classic full but not in your face flavor.
Pretty good and refreshing. Pretty hoppy too
I thought this was really tasty.
Not great 3
Pretty dang solid
Interesting concept, decent beer
Daily corona battle. Beautiful day full of entertaining small humans edition. This is an interesting style mix as promised. Hazy juicy and touch of apricot sweet, with an old school crispness and piney finish. Not mind blowing, but unique and I like it.
Nice taste overall but wish it was more balanced
Hoppy. Solid flavor but not the best after taste
Nice combination of east and west coast
Pretty solid. Overall pretty ok.
Slight haze, slight syrup. Great marriage of styles, with a bready & malty foundation that hints at Old Speckled Hen. Finishes clean and herbal, with a hint of pine as it fades.
My take? They’ve filtered out all the character of the NEIPA.
