Unseen Creatures owner and head brewer Marco Leyte-Vidal has alway taken inspiration from wine, and its influence can be seen in how he approaches beer. Like the brewery’s emphasis on terroir and seasonality, as well as the romance of having a story behind each new brew. 

We’ll All Meet Again fits that description to a t. The UC crew crafted this barrel fermented Wild Ale in collaboration with kindred spirits at Crooked Run Fermentation. The duo took inspiration from missing friends during lockdown. And rosé. 

The brewers used Virginia grape pomace – a byproduct of winemaking – to give this funky brew a rosy glow and a vinous tinge.
