About This Beer
The crew at Aslin Beer Company celebrated 10 years of stellar craft last fall, and they made today’s Stout EXCLUSIVELY for their anniversary party. In fact, Waterbury was only available to Virginia locals who turned up for the celebration.
Lucky for us, they set aside a few cases of this bourbon barrel aged beauty so a handful of fans on Tavour could get a taste, too. And boy are we glad they did!
Tasting Notes
Every drop exudes dense chocolate notes swirled with dollops of creamy vanilla. A drizzle of bourbon-caramel oozes over the top, balanced by a kick of roasty coffee flavor. And it all leads to a smooth finish with a touch of warmth from the 14.9% ABV.
