This is a well done classic resiny TIPA! It has a nicely done hop oil-y body with some depth to it and a good herbal flavor with a nice sweet hoppy and boozy finish.
Bad batch or something. Undrinkable super bitter and in not a hoppy good way. Poured it out.
Definitely worth the ride
Loved it, super smooth for a 3x ipa
It’s an IPA
Like taking a water taxi through a choppy ride of pineapple
Pretty bumpy ride. Boozyness is not well hidden. I’m not sure if this batch was bad or what. I was expecting a smoother beer
Silky smooth and as HUGE as you’d expect at 11.3.
I was expecting more given the high ABV
Happy I got a good one - the Kveik yeast with the hops is delicious and the ABV is nicely hidden
Honestly tasted like sea water to me. Not a fan, may have been the vic secret hops but I’m not sure.
I couldnt agree more with @diverej's review. Last time i got two cans of this and i remember it being delicious and wishing i got more. This time i got 8 thats how much i loved it and it is UNDRINKABLY terrible. Tastes like gasoline. Smells equally bad. Stale/spoiled hop taste i think but what do i know? Either way this is undoubtedly a defective batch. No more DUBCO purchases for me especially since the others ive had havent even been that great. Wtf, what a waste.
Smooth for a TIPA. Ripe oranges and a steady bitterness.
Super smooth. A slightly lower APV would make it better , a bit too boozy that overrides the taste.
Nice blend of citrusy and hoppy
Wouldn’t buy again
Fairly underwhelmed by this particular beer... it may be too sweet for its own good
