But average but enjoyable dark beer
Very metallic tasting no coconut, no marshmallow no vanilla
To sweet for me
Strong but yet nice and smooth
Best pastry stout I've had to date
Its good for a porter
Sweet and somewhat forgettable
Nice taste and definitely taste the 12% ANV
Very smooth- didn’t notice high alcohol
Definitely boozy. But it's nice and smooth.. It is sweet.. There's a rich chocolate aroma, can't taste the coconut at all, the marshmallow flavor becomes stronger as the porter warms up. Very well done.
Dark, sweet and yummy
Love this beer and I’m not a porter drinker usually
Tastes like it says. Tasty
Flat and a bit syrupy.
Tasty Smooth full of flavors. Very well done!
Dark coffee with some chocolate
Not liking this beer, humble forager is making me lose interest in them for lack of good beet
Very sweet. Only need a small pour but it’s def tasty.
Great porter. Lots going on but well made. Glad the body isnt so thick like if it where a stout of the same style and AbV
Chocolatey, marshmallow, light on coconut
huge vanilla and marshmallow like flavor throughout the sip. Booze shows enough to cut the sweetness a tad. But cocoa nibs come back with a punch to the tastebuds. Rides the line of being too sweet for one person to drink 12 ounces.
Flavors weren't as forward as I thought they'd be, but still enjoyed it.
Solid body, good flavor, not amazing due to the alcohol content. I'm all for a boozy beer but when the alcohol takes over the beer it's disappointing.
Great taste and better after taste. Very smooth and rich in flavors. Chocolate start with a vanilla finish.
Smooth, rich, and boozy.
Hazelnut, coffee, cocoa, light coconut. Smooth and sweet. The hazelnut and coffee were the most prominent flavors. Would taste nice paired with a craft burger and salted sweet potato fries. Gets sweeter as it warms to room temp. It’s boozy baby!
not bad, not great
