A Note on This Beer
If you’ve ever been interested in a fridge full of gold… well, okay, we can’t help you literally with that. But, we CAN offer the next best thing!
It’s a 2-pack from the 2020 GABF Gold medal winning Wild Barrel Brewing. It’s drinkable gold!
It’s rare to see these delicious, highly sought-after beers outside of the Southwest. Just think of this like the gold rush, except it’s beer. And also, we ship it to you rather than you sifting through a river while wearing waders.
Here’s what you’ll get:
Blackberry Peach Fruited Berliner Weisse - 5.2% ABV
Smooth, crushable flavors make this a delightful combo. Light peach aromatics and creamy berry textures swirl together to form a lovely fruit smoothie sensation in every sip!
Drinkers like @Louis T. had to exclaim, “Perfect balance of sour and sweet, blackberry and peach! Such a well put together beer. Wow.”
Watermelon Apricot Fruited Berliner Weisse - 5.7% ABV
@Laura B. puts it best for this one: “This is the BEST VICE yet. Beautiful combo of expected and unexpected pairings.”
With a tangy, full body, complete with lush watermelon flavors, this is a boldly fruity addition. Complemented with a subtle chewy apricot note to round out each taste, this Sour is as delightful as it is dynamically delicious!
Time to hit that “Get It” button and snag some of this beloved “gold” for your fridge!

Ordered from Tavour in 16 ounce cans, chilled, and poured into an imperial pint glass. Look: reddish-pink, like the juice from a watermelon. Very small, quarter-finger white head that quickly disappeared and left a ring of light foam around the glass. Smell: apricot up front and big time, followed by light watermelon, trailing Berliner base. Taste: sour candy up front, followed by a mesh of apricot and watermelon that are difficult to separate. Trailing sour jolly rancher watermelon candy and wheat notes. No booze, bitter or hop notes. Feel: light body, nice tickle of carbonation that lingered as it warmed. Sour notes create a crisp finish that was refreshing. Overall, we were unsure about the combination of watermelon and apricot, but the first smell and sip of this one created an interesting and refreshing combination of light sour and well meshed fruit. The overall note we got was like a watermelon jolly rancher, but the fruit was apricot forward. Fun and refreshing beer. Cheers!
Summer pool beer
not really tasting the watermelon. Strong apricot taste though.
This sour tastes identically to the Sour Patch Watermelon candies. It is sweet, sour, and puckering. The watermelon stands out but apricot can be tasted as well. It is blended well and goes down easily. A really good sour.
YUM! Sipping this on the beach now and it’s perfect
Really great flavored, mellow sour. A little on the sweet side but over all really delicious.
Very good and refreshing. Hard not to chug!
Super good almost like Candy
Like a watermelon Jolly Rancher... with more tang.
pretty good. not my fave
Good watermelon flavor. Definitely more candy like watermelon and apricot almost like jolly ranchers.
Amazing hints of watermelon. :)
Watermelon wins here
