About This Beer
To craft Velvet Zephyr, the Pure Project team aged a decadent base Stout for 17 months in a blend of Cutwater, Blanton's, and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and infused it with organic cacao and sea salt.

Taking a sip is like indulging in a hand-crafted salted caramel morsel, chasing it with a shot of top-shelf whiskey. Hints of dark chocolate fudge swirl beneath the surface, leading to a velvety finish accentuated by layers of spirited oak.
