About This Beer
The Veil brewed VAST: Five with raw wheat, lightly hopped it with Motueka, and then fermented it with one of their favorite combos of Saison and Brettanomyces strains. After 14 months in barrels accompanied by their house culture, they fruited the brew with over 600g/L of raspberries and cherries.
Tasting Notes
That ought to translate to deliciously jammy notes of red fruit on the sip. A bright and balanced acidity should give it all a lift, while hints of funky farmhouse tones deepen all the flavors on the way to a crisp finish.
