About This Beer
Cellador Ales began this delectable Wild Ale with a base blend of a mildly malty Bière-de-Garde and a soft, Berliner-style Weisse. They matured the mélange for four months on California-grown ollallieberries to imbue it with the fruit’s jammy nuances, before finally can conditioning it with a dash of local orange blossom honey.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting nuances of marionberry scones enjoyed al fresco. Look forward to hay and wildflower aromas wafting over a medium-bodied sip carrying notes of sun-ripened bramble fruit, compote tones, and lemon zest. Hints of toasted bread should wend through each mildly funky taste, arriving at a tart finish that invites you back for more.
