Unapologetic Fruit: Cherry Apricot

Just little tart, but a good blend of cherry and apricot flavors
had very wine-y notes, aromas.
Taste more wine-y then like a sour beer. Not much tartness
Pretty acidic fruit. Very stone like
Not sour or tart at all. More like a cider.
To me, there was more apricot flavoring than cherry flavoring
It’s great for a drink. Not bad at all. Tastes more like a mixed drink but it does taste good.
really lovely flavor
This beer was very similar in style to a Lindemans Belgian lambic. Not tart in the slightest, remote characteristics to beer in any traditional sense. I hadn’t read the description in detail before trying. I was set to expect a pulpy thawed out Bellini style beverage that I wouldn’t be able to finish. It’s actually filtered so clear, fairly moderately sweet lambic with a bit of carbonation. Could pass as a Lindemans beer or cider
See my post about this beer on IG! @ilikeitsour
Very drinkable sour. Not too tart.
Has such a distinct taste that I can’t put my finger on; Tart; Fruity; Crushable
Tastes like an awesome Cherry Pie with a kick!
Great flavor for a starburst but not for beer
Wasn’t my favorite
Fantastic sour! could drink it all day
Easy to drink, crushable hot weather beer, hits more on the apricot for a refreshing taste and ends with very little hop or sour notes
Pretty sweet, not a lot of tartness, if you like cherry juicy this is for you.
Very smooth and drinkable. Mouth-feel is very reminiscent of actually eating a fresh juicy peach right out of the market, and some tart notes of cherry temper it on the way down. If I could buy this at the store, it'd be fantastic. As it is, maybe not worth waiting another month and a half to have shipped to my house.
The first one I drank out of the can. All I could taste was apricot, then towards the end I came across the cherry. 2nd can (another day) poured into a glass. All I could taste was cherry. Either way, I enjoyed the flavors. Refreshing on a hot day. It felt more like having a glass of Moscato than a beer. I would definitely get it again.
Can’t differentiate between cherry or apricot though I still very much enjoyed this beer.
I quite enjoyed this as I do most anything with cherry.
Not very sour but you definitely get the cherry on the front end and apricot on the swallow. I really think this a good beer Changing my review after second one. I really enjoyed this beer and would get it again
Smelled a bit like champagne, taste was tart and refreshing.
Great fruit flavors with the tartness of a good sour.
I bought it for my girlfriend. She was very happy with how it tasted. She enjoyed the beers!
No major off flavors, but sweet with a syrupy mouthfeel. Cloying for a sour or farmhouse ale. Fruit character comes off stale, could have endured some temperature abuse during shipping though.
Not very tart. Very well balanced fruit.
it was decent to drink, but didn’t get much cherry or apricot - just sour. Also had a bit of debris at the bottom of the can, which I had hope was cherry pulp but instead was just waxy and flavorless.
One of my favorites!!!!! so refreshing and that hum of tart cherries at the end wow!!! A++++
Felt more like a wine than a beer. Very interesting for sure!
Delicious! Great mix of sweet and tart. It’s like drinking a spiked fruit juice from the grocery store.
sour and fruity little waxy at the end of the can
Kind of cidery, not too heavy on the fruit
its tasty just not anything special. pretty mild flavors
Not to shabby! it’s a bit tart but not overpowering. More apricot then cherry. Had another variant of this and liked it more but still pretty good, would continue to check out this series from them
Definite make sure to swirl, the pulp adds great texture
Tastes like wine/mead. No real beer flavor.
wow! the name says it all - cherry and apricot in every sip. I could drink this all day. def one of the best Tavour beers I’ve had.
definitely more cider/wine than sour. but the taste was so good I gave it a four.
Amazing first sip. Not too sweet or sour.
Well rounded sour!
solid beer! smooth, easy drinking, a little thicker than an average beer but so good.
more sour than apricot but very delicious.
Party in my mouth
Nice fruit - tart balance but not very smoothie like.
Refreshing, on the sour side. Good summer time beer.
Nicely fruity with enough sourness to not be cloying
not sure the cherry flavor is for me
light, not particularly fruity or sour, refreshing
The Cherry flavor really comes through. Sour fans will really like this. it holds true to what it is. it’s not OUT OF THIS WORLD, but it’s really good.
My wife liked it, little too sour for my taste but overall a good beer
Sweet, not too heavy, not tart. Delicious on a hot day!
Definitely not sour. Tasted some amaretto, which was interesting and uncommon in a beer and not unpleasant. Probably too sweet to have more than one at a time.
good flavor and fruit
the cherry comes thru more than apricot. refreshing and light!
flavor good, but mine had chunks in bottom of can. this is the second beer this crate where this has happened with a fruit beer, so I'm wondering if the crate wasn't shipped properly or had storage issues on the way
Only sour at the end. Quite good though!
Refreshing with good fruit flavor
solid Sour. i taste more cherry tartness then apricot
I liked it. it is what it says it is.
tasted more like a sour cider than a ale.
Dry beer, very little notes of the fruits. Its an ok beer overall. I would have added more fruits to the recipe myself.
Not bad. Nothing too special, especially when compared to other beers in this series.
pretty good. Nice balance between tart and sweet. Fruit flavor could have been a little more prominent.
not really a sour - just a hint of tart, more sweet. great fruit flavor. refreshing dessert beer
The actual beer is good, but I was a bit thrown off by the amount of debris at the bottom of both cans. Looked more like dirt than the fruit I'm hoping it was. Understand unfiltered but left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively).
watch out for the bottom! there’s extras. haha
finally found a Sour I like!
very good, only complaint I'd have would be a few pieces of fruit still in the beer but still very good
Nicely tart! Solidly good but nothing too mindblowing.
Fruity sour w a slightly odd sweet taste
best beer from this brewery
May not have been the most sour beer I've ever drank but it was amazing
