About This Beer
For this Westie, the EP team started with a clean, golden base brewed with Pink Boots Malt before hopping it with the 2026 Pink Boots Hop Blend, featuring Centennial, Mosaic, Ekuanot, and HBC 638. And a portion of all the hops and malt the Elder Pine crew purchased were donated to the Pink Boots Society, a non-profit encouraging inclusion in the alcohol industry. So not only does the beer taste good, it’s doing good, too!
Tasting Notes
Refreshing cascades of pink grapefruit and bright pineapple surge through every crisp sip. Succulent citrus notes drip into orange peel and pine nuances and a satisfyingly dry finish that begs another taste.
