Barrel-aged in a coffin Spiced with orange, studded with cinnamon, anise, and clove sprockets There's an aroma off the surface like the ghost of wintergreen mouthwash, which is very strange Spooky beer
The hops give it a nice bite paired with a smooth fruity melony flavor
Cant go wrong with any beer from anchorage
Great flavor , well balance. Would buy this again.
Enjoyable. Slight tropical notes.
Solid and tasty
Wow! Smooth, hoppy, but balance with some malty sweetness. A very impressive beer.
Very smooth and a lot of citrus flavor
Very unique taste, really nice
So smooth it's hard to believe it's 8.5%.
Smooth and easy to drink. Slightly bitter with notes of floral and grapefruit overall.
Candied mango, guava, lime, honey
Incredible well balanced DIPA. Not aggressively hoppy. Citrus and floral notes are on point
Different than what Id expect from an IPA but still great tasting. Cant quite figure out the unique flavor profile
Really enjoy this one. Easy drinking and solid hops.
Solid. Juicy/smooth. Another winner from ANCHORAGE
Crushable at 8.5%
Starts earthy/piney and then heads toward melon and lychee. Killer.
Yep, can always rely on anchorage. Good beer
Anchorage is a favorite of mine. This one is at the top of the list. Smooth, fruity with a great aroma.
How do they get it right so often? It’s like they were made for me.
Velvet smooth finish with delicate tropical notes
Decent haze and easy to drink
A bit more opaque than I would’ve thought, tasting notes of ripe fruit and soft pine, but just didn’t have that one flavor that kept me coming back for more
Solid hazy, goes down easy.
Smells better than it tastes. Not bad by any means but ends up tasting closer to a standard IPA
Incredibly smooth. Another quality beer from Anchorage. They are just on another level
Nose is hoppy, floral & dank. Pours hazy golden-apricot w/robust head. Clean, smooth mouthfeel. On the palate , it’s citrus-forward w/prominent tangerine & grapefruit. There’s some modest pine as well. Subtle, but flavorful. Low to moderate bitterness.
Another very good but not outstanding Anchorage IPA
Smooth and a little sweet. Not bad sweet, but pleasant fruity sweet. Well balanced and juicy.
Pithy tangerine and grapefruit great bitter hops and pine with long finish.
Juicy & Floral- Bitter notes from the Dry Hops
Never had a bad IPA from Anchorage. The after taste on this one is amazing and it really lingers. At 8.5 this one is dangerous
It was okay.
Juicy with floral notes and mango. Nice and smooth which made it enjoyable to drink. Wish we bought more than one! Definitely won't make that mistake again.
Not too bitter, nice pleasant citrus notes. Kinda hazy-ish. I dug it!
Nice double great finish
Top favorites dipas from Anchorage
Enjoyable. Not overly sweet or bitter.
Victim of the bar they’ve set. Good not great.
Nice smoth ipa
Love anchorage brewing
Nice floral hop body with a smooth finish. Doesn’t even taste like 8.5%
4.15 great IPA... but it’s not crossroads smoother fruity version of crossroad but I prefer it with burn
Another excellent Anchorage Brewing product
Grabs you and keeps you wanting the next mouthful of goodness !
Wow citra. Incredible ! Amazing. So glad I grabbed this one. Anchorage is king.
OJ and mango. Very sweet.
Nice floral notes- smooth and easy to drink. Can't wait to try a world famous stout!
Very tasty. Virtually not bitterness, and not soapy flavor. The citrus makes it very light. Super easy to drink.
Very very tasty IPA. Unique
Tasty, hazy, very juicy and smooth. 👍🏽👍🏽
I don't think Anchorage will ever lose
An absolute juice bomb
Anchorage won me over again with this one, went down real smooth and at the 8.5% really snuck up on me.
Good double with some different almost malty/barley tastes which gave it some depth. Solid and didn’t drink like an 8.5%
Surprised how unflavorful this was
I thought this was a great beer. Anchorage Brewing Company always delivers.
This was very good. Tons of tangerine citrus notes with nice splash of peach. Touch of dry bitterness at the end to even it all out. Very impressed!
Daily corona battle. Another day closer edition. Holy schnikeys this is terrific. Anchorage is so dadgum good. Soft, smooth, citra zesty and cashmere soft. Fantastic.
It’s apparent that this is a beer brewed with high quality, as are all Anchorage brews, I have just never been able to appreciate the Vic Secret Hop. No difference here. Glad I got to try it though as I hate to pass up a new beer from Anchorage. Cheers!
Zesty, hazy, crisp. Solid IPA.
Love this ipa
Love the look, the smell, and for an ipa, wasn’t too hoppy. Over all a good beer.
Anchorage never disappoints and this one is another full bodied tasty treat!
I can count on one hand, the number of IPAs I’ve had from Anchorage that didn’t get a 4+ rating. Always spectacular.
Slaps, tropical and juicy
Another fine IPA from Anchorage. Smooth and juicy, goes down oh so easy considering the ABV. Definitely would have another.
Bitter, sweet, juice.
Tasty balance of juicy and bitter
they do no wrong
