About This Beer
To make it, the Reubens crew started with a richly complex base brewed with three different types of rye. Then they aged it in bourbon barrels for luxurious woody accents.
Tasting Notes
Cofounder Adam Robbings describes this decadent dram as “a liquified ROLO,” and we couldn’t agree more! Each sip teems with opulent, malt-driven toffee tones. Hints of dark chocolate and candied fig course just underneath, leading to a rye spice and vanilla oak-soaked finish.
