Next on my list of vacation destinations: Anaheim, CA. 

But not to visit Disneyland! Instead, I’m heading straight to Radiant Beer Co.’s sun-soaked patio to taste their lineup of modern, hopped-up craft masterpieces — and to snag more DDH This is Happening Double NEIPA before it’s too late. 

This limited quencher’s lush, pillowy body overflows with bright flavors of ripe mango, sweet papaya, and fresh-off-the-vine strawberries. Let each soft sip linger, and refreshing notes of tangerine sorbet and berry creamsicle pop on the palate. Finally, an ever-so-slight tinge of ganja rounds out the finish — ALL from the Mosaic, Strata, and Amarillo Hops!

In fact, today’s 8.8% ABV quencher comes stuffed with 4.5 lbs of that tropical hop trio per barrel! That’s a lot of hops, handled by a seriously skilled crew. 

A crew that honed their craft at California’s famous The Bruery, no less! Before they opened Radiant in early 2020, co-founders Andrew, Jonas, and Cambria met while working at the 10x GABF medal-winning spot.
