About This Beer
The crew at Cellador began by crafting a fresh Saison-style brew back in April of 2024. After several months of oak aging, they added fresh Golden Sweet apricots and allowed the beer to rest on the fruit for four additional months. They then bottle conditioned with a dollop of honey to create natural, effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Open the bottle, and lively aromas of ripe stonefruit come billowing out to greet you. The taste follows with nectarous notes of apricot balancing gentle acidity from the base beer. Subtle funk adds complexity around the edges on the way to a crisp finish.
