Was disappointed to find my bottle completely still. Based on other reviews I think I may have gotten an unfortunate non-refermented bottle, or perhaps a slow leaker. Would like to try another bottle/batch. Mine was lifeless, like a still cider with some urine-like THP.
Nice beer, 9% but taste delicate and sophisticated
Love the Brett but a little too dry
Brett is definitely the star of this one. From the initial aroma to the sour bite in the flavor. They did a great job balancing the tripel fermentation into something enjoyable. I have to admit, sours aren't my thing and I'm learning to appreciate then. This is one that gets me to appreciate the Brettanomyces yeast strain.
I gave it as a gift so I didn’t get a big taste of it, but from what I can remember, it was pretty fantastic.
Strong oakey qualities and flavors here. Big fan.
It taste like ale champagne! Very good funky beer. 4.5 in my opinion. Anything Anchorage brewing makes is amazing!!
Gives a new meaning to the word mouthhfeel
Not my things. Very nasty. Kinda like cheap beer and cheap wine mixed together.
My bottle was unfortunately mostly flat. I could still taste some vanilla, white wine, funky stone fruit notes from a beer that was once impressive but I feel like someone opened a great beer and I found it the next day. Wish I could have had the real thing... I was excited about this one :(
powerful triple! nice red cedar spice and warmth! toasty and delicious
