About This Beer
To craft this stone fruit-soaked stunner, the legendary Schramm’s crew co-fermented a carefully-selected raw orange blossom honey with premium Balaton cherries from Traverse City, Michigan.
Thick currents of lusciously sweet cherry course into nuances of juicy red wine on every sip. Flourishes of rich, golden honey swirl throughout with hints of vanilla and oak before a sophisticated tannic finish.
Juicy Thick Sweet Fruity
Cherry Orange Blossom Honey
I make homemade mead and I’ve read Schramm’s book. My cherry mead is better and a whole lot cheaper to make at home. Schramm’s is good but too sweet.
Overflowing with the taste of juicy, ripe cherries. Scrumptious.
deliciously bitter and a bit on the sweet side.
Very sweet, boozy smell but can't taste it over the cherry. My favorite mead so far
Boozy and creamy, almost a chocolatey cherry flavor like Cherry Garcia ice cream. Booze comes on more up front, quickly fading to let the sweet cherry linger.
Huge cherry note! Very silky and smooth mouth feel. Delicate and fruit filled finish!
more cherry flavor than I was expecting
I was really disappointed in this mead. The cranberry from them is incredible. this tasted like cough syrup.
The cherry taste is very subtle throughout this mead
Very tart and full of sweet flavor! I just wish the bottle was bigger!
my teeth hurt
