About This Beer
The wild yeasts that fermented those brew beautifully capture five springs of lush green grass, five summers of sunny days, and five falls of cool rains. Then the brewers refermented the beer on piles of locally raspberries and blue haskap berries and naturally conditioned the brew with a dollop of honey for effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Take a sip, and you’ll discover a mild tartness elevating lightly jammy notes from tangy bramble fruit alongside hints of blueberry and black currant. Hints of hay, turned earth, and lemon grass add complexity from beginning to end.
