About This Beer
To make it, the brewers blended spontaneously fermented beers from five seasons: 2018-2023. Then they refermented the beer on piles of locally grown fruit and naturally conditioned the brew with a dollop of honey for effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Take a sip, and you’ll discover a mild tartness that you could sip all day elevating lightly jammy notes from fresh tayberries. You’ll taste the whole fruit, from the bright pop of juice to the pithy center, leading to a tangy snap on the finish. Hints of hay, turned earth, and lemon grass add complexity from beginning to end.
