About This Beer
The crew at Burial started with a dry, tangy base blended from foudre aged Wild Ale and some of their favorite barrel stock. Then they rested the beer on more than 2000lbs of fresh Carolina peaches!
Tasting Notes
Look for soaring stonefruit notes splashing through nuances of lemongrass and freshly cut hay. Hints of oak and just a whisper of earthy funk should add complexity to the brew, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish.
