About This Beer
To make it, the team started by blending Spontaneous Ale brewed in the Lambic method with a turbid mash, aged hops, and ambient inoculation. Then they refermented it on Gewurztraminer grapes grown on the North Fork.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting complex layers of white grape to create a punchy, vinous flavor that plays incredibly with the funky barnyard nuances. Delicate tropical fruit and apricot tones should swirl beneath the surface, leading to a crisp and refreshing finish brightened by a balanced acidity.
