About This Beer
To create this one, Gabe Fletcher and his legendary crew crafted a soft, infinitely sippable base with oats and honey. They fermented the brew in their oak foeders with a mixed culture of brettanomyces and Saison yeast, added Hallertau Blanc Hops, then bottle conditioned for natural, effervescent carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Expect nuances of rich honey coursing through a crisp, surprisingly dry body. Hints of wildflowers from the hops should accentuate those nectarous flavors, leading to a smooth, approachable finish hinted with oak.

Nice mixture of honey and funk in aroma, along with some lemon lime vibes. The Brett funk and oak are the stars in the taste. Hints of tart, green grapes. Dry finish.
