Yummy, really good beer. Nice aroma of chocolate and subtle strawberries. Taste of chocolate, slight tart strawberries, and ends with a slightly dry taste of cream cheese. I hope Tavour will bring this one back because I want more.

The one that Tavour was *supposed* to send but didn’t. 😒 My God, it’s good. Glad we sought it out on draft from Hidden Springs. Just a creamy fruity richness with that cheesecake flavor. A truly excellent stout.

A decadent dessert beer! The nose is full of ripe strawberries, chocolate,
and cream cheese pastries. Although the flavors themselves are a little more muted, the overall result is nevertheless smooth, warming, and invokes the memory of a classic strawberry cheesecake.
