I doubt Ella Fitzgerald was singing about today’s Hazy IPA when she crooned those lyrics — partly because it was written 30 years before she covered it, but mostly because this beer wouldn’t exist for another six decades.
Which is a shame, because this Strata, Mosaic, and Citra Hopped brew is as sunny as her classic sound!
Tasting Notes
Shining notes of juicy orange and tangy tangerine tumble from the pour, while hints of berry and passionfruit twinkle in the background. A drumbeat of dank melon reverberates against a flutter of resinous pine for a finish that lingers like the last note of a jazzy tune.
