About This Beer
The Hidden Fortress beautifully showcases a cone called Ramosa! This variety from Segal Ranch used to be called ‘Experimental D5.’ The first time they saw it, even the experts at Holy Mountain say it’s “like nothing we’ve ever smelled before!”
Tasting Notes
The brewers went with a simple malt bill to keep the spotlight firmly on the hops. Look for bold flavors of grapefruit and pineapple swimming through a crisp, clean body. A touch of white wine character comes through on the back end thanks to a small addition of Nelson Sauvin that beautifully accentuates Ramosa’s tropical citrus vibes.
