A Note on This Beer
Confession: I’ve always wanted to be on a competitive baking show.
Over the years, I’ve gotten pretty good at everything from apple crisps to blueberry crumbles. I’d love the thrill of watching the judges taste my creations!
But, even my most prized recipe couldn’t hold a candle to THE GREAT BLACKSTACK BAKE OFF: CHERRY PIE. This intensely fruited Sour packs so much authentic cherry pie flavor, even the snootiest food critic would raise their brows and nod in approval.
To craft it, the confectioners at BlackStack started with a mixed culture Berliner Weisse base aged in oak foeders for six months. Then, they conditioned it on an obscene amount of sweet and tart cherries, piles of crumbly graham crackers, and tons of cinnamon, vanilla, and lactose.
Each velvety sip bursts with the taste of freshly baked cherry pie, topped with vanilla ice cream that mellows into a cinnamon graham cracker crust finish.
After one taste, I’m sure the judges of any baking show would respond like these fans, who’ve already given it an early 4.4 rating on UT!
