Like biting into a freshly-baked, flaky pastry filled with vanilla, peaches, and coconut, this Sour Ale delights the senses with a dance of sweet and tart. It has an oven-fresh quality that melds all the flavors together in delicious harmony, but it’s all wrapped in a cool, quenchingly smooth body that tingles the taste buds.

Vanilla Coconut Peach
peaches. vanilla and coconut absent?
the calm before the storm sounds great, and overall was at least a drinkable sour. I wish that the vanilla and coconut was more equally balanced with the peach flavor. I think if J. Wakefield got that down they would have a 5 star beer.
Creamy & tart with hints of peach & vanilla.
Eh it’s okay with light orange and some vanilla/coconut. Too faint to tell either way.
thought I was drinking a peach tart pastry. wow! already bought more!
I believe this was for the Calm Before the storm beer. which was fantastic. I had 2 and wish I had gotten more.
A very interesting beer. it’s not overly sour so you get all of the flavors especially the vanilla. Really enjoyed trying this beer.
one of the most complex flavors and best beers I’ve ever had. can’t find more online.
wooo, it is tart peach pie, but the nose is all sweet vanilla.
tart and creamy…
wasn't my cup of tea
was a decent sour with the tastes of peach, none of the other flavors came through
Was hoping for a peaches/cream or peach cobbler like taste. I didn't really experience much of the flavors as I had hoped to.
smells true. sour with peach, coconut and vanilla
You get a lot of vanilla and peach with hints of orange and coconut. It was a pretty good balance.
Not overly sour. Nice vanilla notes.
Truly tasted like a peach pie
favorite one from this bundle.
just the few months of aging really changed this beer. it was nice before but became mellowed out with the peach and coconut stepping forward. war cloud and j Wakefield both kick out some good stuff.
very fruit forward on the peach
Good level of sour and peach flavor but vanilla was very subtle and couldn’t hardly taste the coconut
