The Asheville brewers tweak the recipe each time they make a new batch of this Kölsch, so we can only speculate about exactly what’s inside of those tin cans.
What we DO know is that when you crack one open, doughy aromas and light fruity esters escape. Crackery malts follow in the sip, flowing crisp and clean, with subtle sweetness, lemony nuances, and mild, haylike hops.
