About This Beer
For this utterly unexpected gem, the Mortalis crew teamed up with friends at Cheesy Eddie’s. They started with a Sour IPA base kissed with milk sugar. Then they layered it with cream cheese frosting, cake, carrot puree, and spices.
Tasting Notes
Silky cascades of cake and cinnamony sweetness swirl through every sumptuous swig. Hints of velvety frosting carry underneath, completely obscuring the ABV.

A really interesting beer. A very light beer base, but it does have a lot of carrot cake on top. Very spice forward with what could be an incredibly sweet carrot.
