Abundant lemon. The tangerine is almost nonexistent. Definitely get some peel vibe and bitterness though.
Super juicy and citrus forward
Not as flavorful as team cat, but this brew shows the different side of a hazy with its slightly more bitterness and citrus flavor
Super crisp bitter but finished fruit oranges
Wry similar to team cat.
All these hazy IPA's start to taste the same. Good beer but boring
Dogs > cats
Great flavorful IPA that doesn’t taste like nail polish remover. Lady Approved!
Hazy, tangerine, pineapple.
Hazy orange juice
Good, enjoyed more than team cat
Tangerine plays well with the hops.
Enjoyed more than Team Cat
Solid offering, crisp with subtle citrus notes.
Love the interplay between the tangerine and the strata hops here. On the bitter/astringent side of the hazy ipa spectrum... which is just fine with me.
Love the tangerine
You’re a good boy!
Tang. er, inges
Team Dog definitely wins over Team Cat
This was very nice, super juicy and hoppy.
JOOOOS so lovely. Done with tangerines at the end and it’s great!
Sign me up for team doggo!
Strata hops are the best, the tangerine adds a nice extra citrus hit. Dogs rule
The hops smack you in the face just like your dog when it wants something
Juice flavor doesn’t come through as much. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Nice mouthfeel.
Nice, but doesnt stand out from a typical IPA
Tons of tangerine.
Hazy & citrusy, very balanced & tasty!
Team dog wins
This is a tasty beer 🍻
It was a decent beer and if you like very light IPAs then this is for you
Better than Team Cat
Delivers as always...
Creative adding tangerines to impart the citrus juicy notes. The Strata hops help keep an IPA vibe. Since I am currently into NEIPAs I preferred dog over cat.
Team dog wins for sure.
Solid beer. Nothing special.
Between dog and cat, dog wins
I get some green apple and peachy stuff up front, then tangerine citrus juiciness
Team Dog for the win! Much better aromas & flavors.
Crisp stone fruit vibes, and dank
Very good, but enjoyed the cat more
Middle of the road DDH IPA. Maybe a little too much tangerine.
Not too shabby definitely not a wow I love this I’d say middle of the road good IPA!
Not alot of notable aroma with some bitter tangerine flavors
Good but wish it was better
Amazing crushable hAzy from the wizards at anchorage.
Personally I liked team cat better, but this was great too. Bright and full of citrus. Complex hop profile.
Kinda like Team Cat, pretty average IPA...dry, lemongrass and mild citrus. The bitterness in this was slightly less than Cat. I may prefer this one a bit more as it’s a little more crushable.
Better than team cat
Another IPA using a single variety of hops (this time Strata...brewed and DDH with). Aromas of tangerine (from the finishing) + a smidge of hoppy dankness. Overall, juicy with hint of astringency at the finish.
Soft and citrusy, hazy
Anchorage does it again.
Team Fog! Good dank IPA with tangerine eyes.
A little spicy at the end, pretty simple though
Kinda basic. Was hoping for more. Little bitter on the finish.
Shared this 2 pack with my friends and and I was team dog. They were team cat.
Heavy citrus notes. Almost like mandarin rind. Delicious. W
DDH strata left on tangerines? Yes, please. You get a ton of the tangerine on the noise and tongue with hints of the other tropical juice strata brings all mellowed at the end with a nice, dry bitter bite. Refreshing and delicious!
Nice tropical fruit and dank earthiness smoothed out with a kiss of tangerines to finish
Damn juicy. Solid tasting would be good summer beer
Tangerine comes through with a strong bitter bite at the end.
Bitter tangerine, but a solid IPA
Not a real rating 😓 somebody stole it from my fridge
Delicious, smooth, nice citrus taste.
16oz can from Tavour. Thick orange golden pour, minimal head, lots of floaties. Aroma? Nothing prominent, lots of hints sprinkled throughout, orange, floral, bread. Taste is full and juicy, muted citrus, stone fruit, light floral, and a tiny buzzing bitterness at the finish.
Light on the citrus. Average IPA. Tad harsh.
Orange adds its own pithy bitterness for a brewery that has minimal bitterness in their beers. It's actually a nice change of pace for them. Obvious tangerine on the nose and taste, thinner but still a lil thicc bodied. Sweet, balanced. I like it, but would still pick other beers from Anchorage over this one.
A really nice dry piner, well balanced; Epitome of the IPA genre. Maybe a (dog) hair bitterer than the average, but that's my preference anyway.
Clean and crushable. Was gone fast. Good citrus bite and bitterness.
Delish! Dog team rules
Solid IPA. Delicious.
I liked this Team Dog over the Team Cat both labels sit pretty on my beer fridge now.
2/5/21 a little juice with a little kush. Prefer Team Cat.
It’s a lot of fun comparing Dog & Cat. Interestingly, Dog has a much brighter aroma while giving way to a much broader, more earthy flavor profile. Plenty bitter, but with a subtle sweetness that balances well.
Juicy tropical fruit and fresh berry aromas, dank, grapefruit taste with herbal notes, balanced bitterness, and a subtle tangerine finish.
citrus tangerine dry hoppiness
02/05/21, similar to team cat, shipping concerns, light tangerine, bitter finish, some buttery notes.
