A Note on This Beer
So what if you’re craving tacos and it’s not a Tuesday — we don’t live by the rules of commercials!
Two of New York City’s finest breweries have joined forces to declare Taco Wednesday!
Hop Culture named Interboro one of the 5 Best Breweries in New York City.
Thrillist dubbed KCBC the Best Brewery in NYC.
The two forward-thinking brewing stars decided life is too short to be told when they can chow down on some tasty tacos.
They assertively hopped today’s taco-washing Pils with German-grown Perle and Czech-grown Saaz Hops for an invigorating herbal freshness and crisp bite that’ll help you demolish any meal — especially tacos!
And, with a brew like this, why not drink Taco Wednesday on the weekend, when you can really unwind? You can crush three of them if you want to, because no one’s in charge of how you spend the day but you!

It's fine, nothing special though
This pilsner is smooth and clean. Crisp taste and a hint of citrus at the end.
Pretty standard Pilsner. Dry taste in the beginning, ends crisp.
Pretty decent pilsner
Not distinctive but good
True pilsner taste nothing special but liked it
More bitterness than I expected
Love this. Really refreshing. I could drink quite a few of these on my patio on a hot summer day
Drink very cold, gets heavy toward the bottom
Light and smooth
Light, Clean, Smooth, Spicy, Hoppy, Dry
Not super hoppy, clean taste.
Awesome Pilsner. Could drink a 6 pack of these without blinking
Crisp and refreshing Pilsner here. Great sent and not to over powering, great pour with my Fizzic. Would recommend
Its a decent light pilsner / lager style taste. Overall smooth but nothing that makes it extra special. It does leave a decent aftertaste.
Solid Pilsner. Crisp and refreshing.
Refreshing, light taste.
Crisp, grainy, semi dry, hint of citrus. Solid
Nice, hoppy pilsner
Excellent pilsner! Wish I had max ordered this one!
I should’ve grabbed two more. So good!
Hits the pils Target. I'd enjoy another.
Really good and crisp. Light and delish!
Great for a Pilsner
Has a good chill taste to with some dinner
Crisp and light.
Not bad; sort of unremarkable.
Near perfect pilsner to go with chalupas on a cold winter night. Too bad I only ordered one. Good thing KCBC is a big player on Tavour.
Crisp and slightly bready. Lighter with not much bite. Good Pilsner.
I love this beer!
Tastes like an upgraded budweiser
Hoppy? Sour? For a pilsner
Flavor is of cereal malts, some citrus, herbal tea and zesty hops. This is pretty good, not very pilsnery. Tastes more ale-like. Drinks easy. Worth a try but don't expect lager characteristics.
Decent need to eat a few tacos after drinking
This isn’t dry-hopped to the point of becoming a palate-pulverizing IPL, nor does it have those psychedelic Kool-Aid fruit flavors tha kidz seem to love so much nowadays. Unlike most dry-hopped Pilsners, this still resembles a Pilsner.
A great foamy head, citrus, grass and light pine on the nose. A smooth beer! Wish I had more! Reviewed live at twitch.tv/brewedforgaming
Decent, but not the best
Clean with light hop flavor but not bitter
Smooth. Crisp. Hoppy. Refreshing.
Crisp malt and bready flavor. A good pilsner
Clean and crisp. Was awesome
Solid hoppy pils.
