Good thick berry flavor. Heavier on the sour side then sweet. Still good
Fire. Too fire. Sippin these all day at the Ram Ranch.
thicc consistency, sweet to tart Berry taste with a truffle salt finish, SWAG JUICE jumped to the top of my favorite beer list
I feel like that's shouldn't be as good as it is. The black truffle salt sounds like way way too much but it's perfect
Flavors worked well together and left you wanting just a little bit more after each sip
The first sip was a blast of flavor can't wait for more
Solid, delicious juicy beer
So unique, tart, sweet but a little too salty for my taste
Interesting and wonderful flavors. Would drink this again
Yummy ordered more when they came out in single
The fruit is nice, but can’t get past the truffle aftertaste.
fruity and bold
Usually hate salt in beer, but this has a good taste to combine with it and not let it become overpowering
Was surprised was pretty good would buy more.
Lots of truffle that makes it kind of odd but it’s still delicious.
WOW. Absolutely perfect. Like drinking a dark fruited marshmallow, and that truffle salt finish, YES!
Lovin’ the dark sour fruits with marshmallow. Pours thick. Wish I bought another can!
The smell of truffle >>>>>
LOTS of truffle flavor. And I love truffle salt don’t get me wrong but this way wayyy to much.
HEAVY on the truffle and I couldn't hang with it. Would have preferred a lighter touch.
Tastes ok... Smells funky...
Wife not as hot on this one. I dig.
When your nose gets close to the glass, you can smell the truffle salt. It made me want to gag.
Thick and juicy!
The fruit is definitely good, but I can’t make up my mind about the truffle aspect. Probably would go well with truffle fries, but I could see how this could be offputting.
Not a good mix. Yes it’s sour but the flavors don’t go together well at all.
Really interesting flavors
Rich, smooth and bursting with berry flavor. Wish I had ordered two.
Overpowering truffle flavor
Was not overly fond of this one, strange flavor.
deeply odd, fucking delicious truffle berry salty
I used truffle salt very consistently, maybe too much. This was just right, the salt played so well against the deep and luxurious fruit and fruit mouth feel. Try it!
Ordered from Tavour. Chilled then poured into a hurricane glass. Look: Deep opaque ruby red, light pink half finger head that quickly disappeared and left a small ring of foam. Smell: Blackberry and passionfruit mixed with earthy truffles, followed by sweet marshmallow. Taste: Salty truffle up front and in the nose, immediately followed by blackberry and passionfruit sour, then as those three flavors slowly fade you get a touch of marshmallow. Feel: Medium to full, lightly syrupy, sour, light tickle of carbonation. Overall this is not a bad beer. The truffle is a little weird and overpowering unless you really like truffles. Leave that out and this would have been a killer fruit sour with marshmallow. As it is, the truffle is a bit over the top for a beer. Cheers!
Similar to "Too Far Juice" like a smoothie was left in the fridge and I drank it the next day. This ones more tart, but not as thick on the mouth feel. It's good "juice".
If you aren’t ready for a noticeable truffle flavor in your beer, don’t buy it. I figured it’d be negligible but I was dead wrong.
Amazing stuff. The black truffle salt adds some serious depth to this crazy beer. Not for everyone.
Not my favorite
Dope. Deep. Juicy swag.
Complex. Berry, marshmallow, and truffle salt all come through.
Tart but fun
I used to roll my eyes whenever I saw somebody explain that a beer had a "complex flavor" (especially IPAs because YUCK, they all taste the same to me, like a stale old bouquet of flowers in seltzer water)... until I tried this amazing beer. I'm shocked to see this did not score a solid 5 - perhaps because people do not understand the black truffle flavor/note and aren't used to it? Well, I love to cook with truffles, and I am very familiar with the flavor... this has such an interesting complexity because you can smell and almost taste the black truffle, and while I'm usually a super sweet pastry stout fan, I loved that the saltiness somewhat balanced the sweet flavor. This is a grade A brew and this brewery should try their hand at culinary arts and even maybe perfumery, in addition to making this kind of an amazing treat. My message to the makers of this beer is not to be let down by some of these ratings, because I think you're simply marketing it to the wrong audience (by calling it swag juice maybe? Google me by my username, I'm a marketing/design expert and have worked with your industry lol) - people who have been to 5 star restaurants and spend more than $100 on a bottle of perfume (such as myself) would all agree this is a total masterpiece. I would have paid triple the price at a fancy restaurant for a glass of this. Thanks for the experience. :)
A big kick of berry and truffle followed by a lighter salty finish. Not for everyone, but we liked it.
The black truffle salt is the magic!
It smelled absolutely wild but tasted amazing.
Pretty disappointing- I didn’t taste any truffle. It’s a somewhat decent sour otherwise, but the reason for buying this was definitely the truffle salt
Unexpectedly and unctuously delicious. There is a huge wafting truffle aroma as soon as you pour it, followed by sweet and tart berries. The flavors hit initially with the very (but enjoyably) sour berries, then hits with a lingering richness from the truffle, followed by a good hit of salt at the very end. This is really a delectable beer and an excellent Fruited Gose. I really feel like the addition of the black truffle salt gave this beer a great amount of restraint and really forced the drinker to slow down and really enjoy each sip. The “swag” moniker is very appropriate.
Tart, good fruit flavor but a bit weird with the truffle salt aftertaste. Not bad but not my favorite either
Too much truffle
Couldn't get past a couple swigs. The truffle just ruins it. Fruit was good though. Most of the can went down the sink.
yum is all I got to say
A bit too acidic for my taste, but still thick and fruity. Truffle adds a nice funkiness.
it was dripping SWAG
Such an interesting flavor! I thought the truffle flavor was just right. Really complex flavor.
