For me, the vanilla throws me off a little. The coffee flavor is great though.
Hooooo doggy! That’s got some coffee layered atop a nice chocolate stout, there! 11.4 horsepower.
Strong coffee flavor with hints of chocolate.
Smooth with coffee and dark chocolate undertones.
Lots of interesting flavors but a bit bitter for my taste
The chocolate sweetness and coffee bitterness are well balanced.
Pretty sick taste and balance. The mix if coffee and vanilla almost seems like a yohoo on steriods
Good roasted flavor throughout
Coffee baby! Sumo lip smacking good. Dark roasty coffee, very well balanced stout. Good good with pancakes and steak so I can drink it twice a day.
Rich and full bodied stout. Dangerously smooth. Would love to try a barrel aged version
Cocoa powder, some roasted malt, smooth and alcohol non-existent.
A little thin and metallic on the tail.
This was a pretty good stout. Very dark.
A nice, big, rich, straight down the middle stout.
It’s hot outside and cold inside, stout weather, right? Sweet Madagascar vanilla bean aroma, strong Sumatra coffee and cocoa nibs taste, smooth, thin, and very drinkable, and a sneaky finish from the high ABV with almost no discernible alcohol presence.
The flavor is on point..The body is velvety smooth..Scary easy to drink at 11%.Also to mention not anywhere near a dessert stout as mentioned in tasting notes.
What a way to pack a punch, or body slam
Deep chocolate/coffee flavor like a nice cappuccino. I want more of these. Good creamy mouthfeel.
Tastes like old coffee with a little bit of chocolate syrup in it. Very bitter.
This one is bitter from the coffee to the cacao nibs. Still well made and hides the abv well
Nice, smooth with all those delicious stout qualities
Big coffee flavor.
Very coffee, the hints of sweet balance the bitterness perfectly.
From the first sip I was in LOVE! It’s like drinking a chocolate covered coffee bean. So, SO delicious! I would love this in the summer as an ice cream float.
It was alright
It's hard to sip such a creamy and silky imperial. At 11%, it’ll hit you if you don't slow down.
Too much coffee, not sweet enough
Delicious. Perfect size for the ABV. The coffee notes along with the chocolate really go well together. The creaminess of this stout really stands out as well. All together, 5 stars. Will reorder
Cocoa powder, hint of vanilla, not syrupy or pastry-esque which was refreshing
Epic. One of the best beers, and the best imperial stout, I have had in a very long time.
Smooth , tasty, easy taste
One of the best imperial stouts that hides it’s big booziness wonderfully. Thick and viscous. Absolutely delicious.
Great tasting stout with rich flavour but also smooth
You can taste the 11%, but it's not harsh. A good stout.
Extremely smooth and great tasting
Very smooth. A bit bitter, but nice after taste.
Very smooth stout. Nice blend of coffee, chocolate, and malt. Finishes nicely as well.
Aroma is huge cocoa, Sumatran coffee with vanilla. Flavor is an exact reflection of the aroma. Alcohol is pretty hidden. Body is a little thinner than I expect in style. But it’s well-made.
Rich, flavourful and easy to put down.
Nice ff balance sweet and booze
This BA would be amazing!
Simple yet so rich in flavor this drink is a hit
Big rich roasty chocolate and coffee stout!! Smooth and warming…
