Yogurty. A few small lumps of cream that remind me of sour cream. But in a good way!! Really added to the deliciousness. At times it reminded me of sour cream *lemon* pie (insert *strawberry* here,) and it was VERY pleasant to have a pie-like smoothie sour without the cinnamon & graham. So thank you for that. Not too sweet at all.
