Strawberry Colada Tart Deco
TALEA Beer, Inc.
A Note on This Beer
When co-founders Tara Hankinson and Leann Darland first opened Talea, their mission was clear: make craft beer more approachable.
Even though this New York brewery is fairly new to the craft scene, they’re already causing a great stir. Forbes, The New York Times, and VinePair (amongst countless others) feature these brew masters for making drinks that take the craft beer scene to the next level.
There’s no question — it’s easy to love everything about NYC’s first female-owned and operated brewery. Their beers aren’t just approachable to newbies; even a hardened beer purist couldn’t help but crack a smile after sipping on today’s delightful, sunny IPA!
Every lush taste of Strawberry Colada Tart Deco conjures visions of sipping piña coladas right out of a coconut. That’s no trick, either: Talea brewed it with real additions of coconut and pineapple. Then, they kicked it up a notch with infusions of fresh strawberries!
Each sip starts with the unmistakable flavors of the tropical cocktail, offering a fruity sweetness that heightens the luscious, creamy body from the lactose. The juicy strawberry comes splashing through next before ending on a tart, pleasantly puckering finish!
If you want to be one of the first outside New York to try Talea Brewing’s sensational skills, grab yourself some of our 17 case stash before it all disappears!
Talea’s Tart Deco series is the brewery’s easily sipped, fun approach to the otherwise crowded IPA scene!

Delicious! Surprised this is considered an IPA. Definitely not too hoppy.
More sour than ipa. also I don’t taste coconut at all. still tasty.
Wonderful sour ale, great hints of strawberry.
idk, I feel like I missed some of what this was trying for. it was fun, but not quite what I'd hoped for.
Very light and fruity for an ipa
Nice subtle sour, with fruity strawberry and coconut flavors
